I have tried and USE Osto-EZ-Vent^®! As an active person they are absolutely marvelous! It prevents pouch explosions and at night I can "burp" without having to get up and empty my pouch. I don't know what I ever did without them. I will certainly spread the word that these "widgets" work absolutely marvelous! You have a customer in me.

I've had a colostomy for more than 3 years and excess air is uncomfortable. Burping or draining can be hazardous; there is always danger if soiling. I travel a great deal, air travel with a pouch is particularly testing, and draining the bag is hazardous work. The Osto-EZ-Vent^® eliminated the rest room struggle all in a hygienic and safe manner! In short, your product has changed my everyday life for better.

My wife is a quadriplegic and pouch blowouts were a big problem, especially at night. We had to awake hourly to release the air to avoid accidents... we lost a lot of sleep. With the Osto-EZ-Vent^® we learned to attach a hose to the vent opening, which enabled the air to release automatically day & night. Now she can continue to eat her favorite foods, she no longer needs continuous assistance, we get our sleep, and I can attend to other things during the day. Thanks for a great product.

We appreciate the effort the inventor put into creating this tiny little vent. We were so elated to find an easier way to release air from my Dad's ostomy bag, without the time effort, and concern for leakage we had when we opened the bottom or burped the bag. I would wake up every night with my bag so full that just sitting up to get out of bed caused my pouch to burst, you can imagine what the next hour was like. My husband recently switched to a filtered pouch, I had thought we would discontinue using the Osto-EZ-Vent^®; however, I still apply the vent to his pouches. The OEV® is totally reliable; all ostomy pouches should have a vent attached!

I wanted to share with you an amazing story regarding the Osto-EZ-Vent^®... I was called to manage a very difficult ileostomy patient with autism, has developmental delays, he doesn't speak, and is physically combative when caregivers attend to his bag. The simple act of putting on an OEV® has been miraculous. No more messes!
